I am back from the Citizen’s energy forum, the annual European Commission’s convention which has been steering EU’s energy consumer policies for the last ten years. New business models and ADR were at the centre of the 10th meeting.
Now that I am approaching the end of the 'European tour' that I started in May, I can say that I've found more questions than answers, but I also feel much wiser. I received more insight and inspiration than I had in many years.
